In Minnesota, you can carry in the state house or in state courthouse complexes but only with prior notification of the Sheriff or Statehouse that you intend to do so. Our instructor sends letters certified mail to county courthouses and the statehouse to prove it. You still can't in a courtroom. He has had a personal "escort" by deputies while legally carrying in the courthouse complex, though.

So, as long as They have notification You can go into a State Courthouse; the kind of "notification" has to be from an Instructor (NRA type?)...followed by an escort? You said, "can carry" then "can't". I got lost or misunderstood something here.......
(All the above are MY opinions/suggestions ONLY....AND, I like to bust ball's, it's called having a sense of humor. In other words, no intent to offend anyone, so get over it)

You asking about his state Sam or ours? If your asking about ours No. You do not have to tell them ahead of time you are going to be carrying. Just show up and walk in. But we carry in the state house not the court house i will have to look into the court house.

You provide prior written notification of your intent to carry in MN. If you can prove you provided notice, you can carry in the statehouse or courthouse complex. However, some of the pinko sheriff's departments still consider you a threat even though you are legal, so they have assigned deputies to shadow permit holders to make sure they don't go beyond what they are allowed.

I was questioning MN, NOT NH.
As far as I know You (non LEO) cannot carry concealed or open in a NH Courthouse, correct?
