Will MD issue a non-resident permit? We travel through MD now and then. It's the only state we ever find ourselves in where my TN in not honored. If yes, is it a big deal to get one?

Never mind. It appears to be just about impossible to even get a resident in MD and NJ, never mind a non-resident. Sucks for you guys in DE. You're sort of trapped. You can't get leave DE without passing through a communist state. We travel to DE semi regularly and the only part of our trip that I'm not legal with my TN permit is the sliver of real estate we have to drive through in MD.

I think it's hard for MD state troopers to carry while on the job. Yes, MD is that ridiculous.
"Common Sense" gun laws. Common sense tells me that the gun didn't carry itself to the crime scene and pull it's own trigger. Punish the criminals, not the guns!
