    yes that is pretty much what it means. when you carry in another state though it is a good idea to know the laws of that state as you have to follow the laws of the state you are in... not the laws of the state your CWP was issued.

    Luke, the wwwusacarry.com owner/manager has posted an interactive map where you can research which states allow will for your permit, or not, and under what conditions. You'd have to ask him if it's up to date.

    Thanks! The data is available in the Reciprocity Maps on this site but the convenient trip planning aspect of Pack-N-Go is great.

    Thats why this is such a great site I had never heard of Pack-N-Go but how helpful and cool is that?
