Easy for you to say, Mayor. You have police protection wherever you go.

Mayor Dixon, this perp had 29 burglary convictions and yet was out on the street. If the legal system you have so much confidence in had done anything approaching the job it was created to do, the incident with the sword would not have happened in the first place.
