HB 89 is waiting for the governor to sign it and he is under some pressure to veto it. For those don't know about this bill, it will make many badly needed changes to Georgia's firearms laws. Among these is carry into a restaurant that serves alcohol, carry on public transportation and carry in state parks (including the buildings thereon). Georgians, please take the time to POLITELY request he sign this bill into law.

I attended the gathering down at the Capitol with the GACarry.org group a couple of months ago for HB 915.
Wish that one got passed cause it covered more of what we wanted.
