I never had a problem with the sites on my Glock 19 but the angle between the frame and grip is a little different than a lot of other autos. This sometimes causes a problem for some shooters especially when they first shoot one.

Talking

I had the same problem with my 22, I was used to a different trigger pull, also for what it's worth, the guys (may have been pulling my leg) said I had to kind of break in the whole pistol. Took a few boxes of ammo, a few adjustments to my grips, I was not putting enough off-hand pressure on the grip to keep from the old flinch fire syndrome.

After I got used to the reset, the couple of boxes through it, and the adjusted hold, I gained confidence in it.

Qualified first time out at the Sheriff range with it, follwed up by a second time qualifcation a few minutes later. So, a lot of what they have said should make it good for you.

PS, IMHO the night sights are worth it. I like them a lot better than the original too.

Default Glock sites suck

Yes the stock glock sites are horrible, at least i think so, On my G35 i shoot in limited div. for IPSC i have dawsons with a fiberoptic front. on my G23C i carry I have some nice Heinie titrium 2-dot sites, i love em. I suggest changing em out, but thats just my opinion.

I'm currently waiting for my paperwork to be completed so I can take delivery of my first Glock( G27 ). From what I've read ( on more threads than one ) I will need some time to adjust to the Glock.

I'm thinking first day at the range....

1. Safety
2. Patience
3. Shoot at least 100 ~ 150 rounds
4. Not to forget that shooting accurately is about Discipline.

Hmm, now that I think about it I can't wait. Sounds like a fun day!
