Lightbulb Converting a 23 to a 19

I'm toying with the idea of buying an extra barrel for my 23 but I'm wanting to get in 9mm, to save on ammo. I would mainly use it for training and plinking. what are your thoughts? From what I understand All i need to do is change out the barrel and the magazines.

You'll also have to change out the trigger spring housing. It's a fairly simple modification, but critical to avoid feeding and ejection problems.

I can see having a 9mm. However, for training purposes, I would want to shoot the caliber that I am going to carry. That's just me. Is the G23 going to be your CCW?
