I also have the springfield gi 1911, the exact same one featured in the avatar. Great gun, i've got about 250 rds thru it, so it's not even broken in yet.

I just bought the chiappa/puma 1911-22 a few days ago. Have not been to the range in daytona as yet (as soon as race week and the 500 is over i will go and tell how it is to shoot).
