Got an AKM and put a Tapco stock, grip, and forward pistol grip on it in that tan color (I live in the desert), replaced the top action cover with one that has a rail built in and put a red dot sight on it, haven't had a chance to fire it yet. Not sure whether I'll end up putting a scope on it instead of the red dot.

I shoot a lot and sometimes the round doesn't chamber like it should it will go into the reciver but not the chamber have to take the mag out to get the round out can anybody tell me what makes it do this and how do i fix it
