Not trying to be rude but there is a large technical difference between the two statements. With the first statement that would mean a 10mm JHP expands to 25mm. With the second statement that would mean a 10mm JHP would expand to 15mm. BTW I used 10mm because it makes the math easier, the actual caliber used as the example does not matter for this discusion.
