Canu use ammo .452 bullets for Long Colt for 45acp? I bought some 200 grain flex expanding tip bullets for long colts by accident.

No. The 45 Long Colt will work in a revolver like the Judge. It is not a substitute for 45 ACP.

If you just bought just the bullets, not loaded ammo, it depends. If you load flex-tip bullets in a 45ACP case, it may not feed properly in an automatic. It would however work if you are using the flex-tip loaded 45ACP ammo in a revolver.
