I bought some cor-bon 115 gr jhp 9mm+p for carry ammo today. I didn't realize it was +p till I got home. I know that the +p means it is high pressure but thats about all I know about the +p ammo. Can anyone tell me if it will hurt to fire through my S&W M&P9c?

Higher pressure translates to higher velocity-more energy- greater stopping power. The M&P is more than sufficient to handle +P ammo. I'd find some standard ammo for practice though unless you one of the few who could afford to buy +P or +P+ to practice with on a regular basis.

Thanks for the info. I do use standard ammo for practice. Any more it puts a dent in the wallet IF you can find any.
