Question federal tactical bonded???

I recently purchased some Federal tactical bonded 165gr. .40cal for my g23, I thought i was buying HST (not sure yet if that was my fault or the websites). I was looking up tests on the ammo and see that it has great weight retention and penetration, however I haven't seen any info on expansion or stopping power.
Anyone carry this stuff? How do you like it? Oh, and are there any websites out there that have good up-to-date ballistics information?
Thanks

Default Barriers

Looks like it was made for shooting through hard targets. May not expand as much as others. Not much info to be found. It is not even listed on the Federal site. Looking at some of the sales sites makes me think it is the HST rebranded, but who knows??
