Here int the Golden State ( Or lack of ) the Govener has passd AB 962 to limit pistol ammo sales to 50 rounds per month. Ihave read the bill and it is difficult to weed out the BS, does anyone have any imput on how this bill will effect ordering reloading components?

How will this be enforced? Doesn't one just go to the store and buy ammo?

The State of CA will inforce this law by finger printing, registration, and back ground checks. Esentially eliminating any mail order sales of ammo or ( hopefully not ) components.
