Went today and picked up my Walther pps .40 that had been sitting patiently on lay-away. Just haven't had time to get in and pick it up lately. While I was there I just had to drool over some of the guns on my wish list....the Kimber Ultra Crimson Carry II, an M&P .40, Springfield 1911, Springfield M1 Socom....ect, ect.ect. Anyway somehow with my eyes glazed over I forgot to pick up a box of shells that I purchased. Bad thing is the dang shop is 45 minutes from here.......and I know whats going to happen when I go back to just "pick up" the forgotten shells....
. Oh well hopefully I can make it out without lightening the wallet too much. Hopefully this weekend I can find some time to run a few hundred rounds through the new PPS. I am looking forward to it becoming my summer carry piece but not before it has passed muster. It is a sweet little gun though. Slim, short, and light....and a .40 too. Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too
And yes I did call the gun shop and they are holding onto the shells for me......heck with what i have spent there in the past few months they should deliver em to me....
Congrats on the new gun. I looked at one the other day but have not ever fired one. I had to stop going to my local shops also. In order to save money I now grow my own! lol
