Someone is going to accuse you of loading potato chips into your weapon when you say "clip". LOL... I have never heard of a spring in a "magazine" getting so weak it will not load the last round.
I have a Ruger SR40C,the clip I use when I carry holds 9 rounds.I keep it filled with 9.How long can I keep it full before the spring will weaken, and possible not load the last round?

Ummm...before someone less kind comments on your post, you might want to change "clip" to "magazine." I will grant you, it sounds way cooler, but a clip is used for belt or gravity-fed weapon. And the answer is that your spring will never wear out.

I have owned magazines that ive kept fully loaded for ten to fifteen years now, with no spring weakening, and no failures to feed right up to the follower.
