The Glock 25 and 28 are available to LE and Military in the US. The sale is restricted (but not illegal) because those models do not meet the BATF import points which is kind of silly since they are built with the same frame dimensions as the G26, G27, and G33 and would use the same internal components. These pistols were developed for those countries that forbid the civilian possession of a handgun chambered in a common military caliber.
Check out the Diamond Back .380. I swear it looks like a mini Glock.
