Okay, I have an "ACE-Case" ankle rig. It fits my J-Frame revolver perfectly - and by the way, my Taurus PT-738 TCP fits perfectly as well. Very stable rig.
Man! Do I agree with ^^^THIS^^^!
Fess up OP; what kind of job do you have where you can't carry except in an ankle holster?
There are belly band holsters, t-shirt holsters, shoulder holsters & "Smartcarry" type holsters. What is so unique about your job that you MUST ankle carry?
I'm not buying it.

Carry a NAA .22 in the cheecks of your buns, it will look like your scactching that icth when you need it the most! LOL Ankle holsters are next to useless, I used one once for a while, dammed near got shot reaching for it, when I needed it. It was always uncomfortable and had to be adjusted even with the above calf support. Wear boots if that is the only way you can carry. If a righty, inside leg left foot, grip butt facing forward. Lefty inside leg right foot, grip butt facing forward. IWB Holster with retention snap, metal clip. You will figure out what position works best for you with time. You will find this to be the fastest access. I'm a smart ass, but deadly serious as I am still among the living.

That would be "a," not, "an" jerk.
Just so you know.
