Actually, the Springfield wasn't all that expensive compared to a stock Colt Commander.
I paid $954.00 plus tax for the Loaded Champion with Night Sights. :D

I've never understood the fascination with Colts. That Springer looks nice to me.
Are you looking for a Colt or a commander size 1911?
