This was just discussed recently...I don't know if it was a cover story here or if it was in American Rifleman...Good read though! Actually just checked, it is still on the home page here!
Flashlights ever use one in training or practice.............
There is, of course a difference between training and practice. But how many of you have a flashlight? And How many of you have trained or practiced with a flashlight.
What technique did you use and are you right or left handed?
I'm sorry, i forgot, do you know the different techniques for using a flashlight for self defense?

Have a streamlight. I do practice at night. Its worth practicing at night to get used to muzzle flash.
My streamlight is attached to my rail.
While there are many handheld led flashlight techniques, the SureFire Institute Low-Light Tactical Level One Operator/Trainer Course covers the six most commonly practiced handgun methods—Chapman, Ayoob, Harries, Rogers/SureFire, Modified FBI and Neck-Index—as well as the Modified FBI, Cross-Support and Lite-Touch, which are for use with long guns.
