 When Will Hawaii Get a Shall Issue CCW? I am born and raised in Honolulu, Hi. Left Hawaii in 1992 and returned in 2005 and only more restrictions has been put in place. I think it is about time. I am a NRA Life Member and feel we need the help of the NRA and mainland visitors and women to get this pass. It is about time for a SHALL ISSUE.  |

| Look at the work the CalGuns Foundation is doing in the 9th circuit on the Federal level as there's not much indication that the people of California or Hawaii will require their governments to changes at the state level: Calgunsfoundation.org Home Page I'd suggest you consider supporting them and trying to organize the gun owners in Hawaii to establish a similar organization.
