 Map Error On the State Concealed Permit Overview map, Hawaii is colored "Shall Issue", should be "May Issue" (actually "never issue" would be more accurate).

| It will be a cold day in h*ll before any of the counties will issue a carry permit to a "non-police" citizen. I really wish that Bush's "Homeland Security" bill included military as well as the "peace officers" and "honorably retired peace officers".
