I live in Iowa via way of NY. Been here 5 years and haven't gotten a permit yet. I had one in NY for over 20 years. So how do you go about it? I live in Dallas County.

Iowa carry member from Cedar Rapids and ashamed to say as Iowans we are still at the mercy of how our County Sheriff feels that morning as to whether or not we will get a permit.
