Kahr P9

I was passing through and saw the new Kahr forum. Thought I would join to see if can get some information. I puchased my first handgun, Kahr P9, in 2005. I still have it and have over 3,000 rounds through it. I have never been all that happy with the Kahr. I had some initial quality control issues but got those corrected. I recently installed a Crimson Trace laser because my aim was awful. I have never gotten use to the DAO trigger. This was a huge improvement. Outstanding product.

At about 2,000 rounds I started experiencing magazine drop. Contacted Kahr and received a new magazine release and spring overnight. Great customer service. My firearms dealer installed the new parts and everything was OK until recently. I am now experiencing magazine drop again. I don't think I am pressing the release when firing, or maybe I just think I'm not. Anyone else experience this problem?
