Link : Kansas : cities just NOW starting to wake up ..... to changes in the law in 2007.
Wichita approved open carry . Overland Park has 'just' approved open carry as well and brought their laws in compliance with the Ks law. Kansas City and a couple of other cities are being challenged to make it legal due to the state law pre-empting cities / counties from prohibiting open carry .
It's growing.
