I joined about a year ago. The cost is minimal and there is good information on the web sight.

I get a newsletter occasionally, but have never been to a meeting since I live out in western Kentucky.

I think the organization is in a dormant phase. Most of these resources and organizations are maintained and managed by a small number of people who are rumored to have lives.

The tip about Sheriff Ken Campbell's training in Lebanon Indiana was more than worth the cost of membership.

I would encourage everyone to join.

I also think it is worth joining and supporting the NRA and the Second Amendment Foundation http://www.saf.org/and the Armed Citizens Legal Defense Network
Network members don't face the legal system alone!

Our rights may be in for some rough sledding in the next few years.
