CC permit REVOKED

let me start by saying that , i do NOT have any felonies . no domestics . nothing . BUT... i do owen an escort service . not the kind for sex .. just strippers for parties . any ways .. some girl that i had fired is telling some local LE that i want to kill a cop .

now ..i have done some stupid @#$% in my life but i am not retarded or crazy . i have never even thought about doing something so stupid . i do not have a death wish ..so...

local LE came to my apt. asked for my CC lic. and gave me a letter from the Mississippi highway patrol . saying that my CC permit is being revoked based on a conflict with the GULFPORT POLICE DEPARTMENT . sign BY M/Sgt Lee Dixon .

does this sound right ..?? what should i do ?

First of all, be very careful about posting details to this public forum. Second, I'd hire an attorney who's familiar with CC laws of your state and see if you have any legal recourse. If you have the resources, you might want to consider pursuing legal action aginst parties who conspired against you once you get your CC permit back.

I never tell anyone, even never tell my friends if I had a ccw license, only my wife.

The people will making your license revoked or suspended.

(7) (a) If the Department of Public Safety denies the issuance of a license, or suspends or revokes a license, the party aggrieved may appeal such denial, suspension or revocation to the Commissioner of Public Safety, or his authorized agent, within thirty (30) days after the aggrieved party receives written notice of such denial, suspension or revocation. The Commissioner of Public Safety, or his duly authorized agent, shall rule upon such appeal within thirty (30) days after the appeal is filed and failure to rule within this thirty-day period shall constitute sustaining such denial, suspension or revocation. Such review shall be conducted pursuant to such reasonable rules and regulations as the Commissioner of Public Safety may adopt.

Is the license issued by Mississippi Highway Patrol? If not, I don't see how they can revoke it. Is MHP and Dept of Public Safety the same place?

whats the purple fedora ? the letter says nothing about anything being done wrong ...i do have an attorney. but i have to wait till mon.

they didnt know about my CC permit untill they came to talk to me and asked if i had any guns and asked to see my lic.
and then came back 15 days later with the letter and took my CC permit
