The witnesses that were interviewed must have been off duty cops because they sure seem to know what the real cops should have been doing. People need to think before they speak or just don't speak at all if you don't know what the hell you are talking about. That cop went home to his family that day.
Lucky EM-EFER for only getting his ass handed to him. He could've / should've been shot.
Lets take the liberal perspective on this: Ignore the fact that the guy attempted to steal a cop's gun to presumably commit murder with, and focus only on the fact that the black guy is a minority/victim who was unarmed (because the cop managed to stop him), and that he got beat, obviously because of racism....
Hmmm, I'm willing to bet that the outcome would have been the same regardless if the perp was black, white, hispanic or a little green man from Mars.
