 LEO encounter in Ohio I posted on Ohio concealed about an encounter in Carlisle, Ohio. In more than 40 years of driving I have had the opportunity to speak to LEOs for different reasons. For most encounters there was poiliteness on both sides. I can only remember one incident where the LEO was a total bully and arrogant person. I have never forgotten that. I have always been taught that the LEO is there for a good reason and also to be aware that they are human and that there will always be 'bad apples' in any group.   |
