Thank you, I deeply appreciate that.

I was eating lunch in Burger King the other day and an older gentlemen asked me if he could ask me a question. He said, you are carrying a gun, and I assume some approval is required to carry it, I was just wondering why you carry. I could tell from the look on his face he was not happy about it. I explained that #1 I carry for self proctection. #2 I carry openly because I have taken an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and that there is no other part of the Constitution that is under attack more than the 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms. By openly carrying my firearm and exercising that right, I felt like I was upholding my oath.

He then asked if I had the proper permit, and, even though I do have a CPL, I told him the truth: no permit is required for a lawful abiding citizen to carry a firearm openly. He said thanks and left.
