K-PB, I think you'll find that the original Comfortech stock was more recoil cushion than you'll need anyway. Mine doesn't have that feature and a coworker who says 12 gauge guns kick too much for him to enjoy just the fun of shooting; said mine doesn't kick any worse than his 20Ga Mossy.

Ya I have a Mossberg 500 persuader also and I didn't think the recoil was too unmanageable. I did notice some reduction in recoil when shooting the same loads in the Benelli. I think being able to collapse it down to a more fitting size, for me, will make it more comfortable and pleasant to shoot even without the recoil reducers.

KPB, I want to know what kind of fertilizer you use. I've been planting bullets in the backyard since the first time I saw one of your pictures. It's been over a year now and not even a sprout.
