I'd check out Leverguns - An American Heritage
Marlin 1894P Just purchased a Marlin 1894P .44 magnum levergun, and was wondering if anyone knows anything about them or could tell me a source to find info. I know they were only made a couple of years, but beyond that, nothing. Don't really know much about leverguns, to be honest. I mostly want to be able to carry one caliber in the woods this deer season, and I think this little carbine ought to fit the bill nicely. Anyone have any experience with one?
