"Good" and "Cheap" are oxymorons, are they not?

Depends on what gun you are going to run it on. Eotech is good for heavier caliber rifles. Burris and NStar make some small and sturdy sights for handguns. There is not one size that fits all.

My vote would be for the EOTECH. The cheapest I have seen is around 450.00 though you might find one used for much less. They are sturdy, dependable and will take a lot of abuse and still hold their zero. If your going to spend 300.00 might as well spend a little more. There is no regret buying quality.
