| LA CHL instructors must be registered with LA State Police. Here is the the LA State Police CHP unit webpage which has a link to the LA SP registered instructor list. LA CHP instruction must take place within the State of Louisiana as it does in several other States with a training requirement and the instructor is certified or registered with the issuing authority.
