Just went for LTC A interview

Just put money down on a brand new Sig P229 9mm. I love Sigs. I wanted a P239, however it was really small in my hand. It came down to the M&P and the P229. I also tried a small Smith .45, not sure what the model was. Overall, I liked the Sig best in my hand.

Picked up my new Sig P229 yesterday (tax free weekend THANKS PRMA!). Picked up a cheap clip on IWB holster to go with it. I carried for the first time yesterday for a little while. It will take some time getting used to. I was real nervous at first but I think it will pass over time once I get used to it. Love the Sig. Feels great in my hands. Can't wait to try it out at the range.

Awsome, I wanted a sig, but a little out of my range for the first gun. What caliber? I havent carried yet, but did order and just recieved a kholster for my mp9c. Been wearing it around the house trying to break it in a bit. Now I need a few more darker shirts to avoid printing.. Good luck with it.

I got it in a 9mm so my wife could shoot it too.
