Business attire to me means tie, belted slacks, and shoes that can take a shine. Dress for sucess, or at least try to fake it till ya make it. People take you more seriously when you dress the part.

thanks for all the encouragement guys, i am preapaed and will dress for sucess. the reasons i gave on the application and in a paper attached to it were that i am persuing a careeer in CJ, i target shoot, i am applying for a membership at a gun club which mandates that i have a liscense and i would like to compete in PPC events. if there is anything at all that you suggest i add please let me know
