48 days for a MA-LTC-A renewal

Pretty much the same for me. Sent my application first week in April and just got it in todays mail.

I've never heard of a NON RESIDENT receiving a RESTRICTED LICENSE
NR license are handled by the State Police unlike RESIDENTS ( local CLEO handles those )
Staties only issues LTC/A ( allows concealed carry )


Funny NR gets their licenses in ~48 days, while some RESIDENTS of the State wait over 90 days (even tho State laws says we should get within 40 days)

Non residents gets treated better than Residents of the State ( of Massachusetts )
