Sorry no one has answered you yet. I do not live in MA., but I can suggest looking up the MA. Laws (if no one gets back to you here) here on USCarry in the MA. section in Resources. It will give you some "basic" written laws. Also try, I think it's called "handgunlaws" .com which will give you answers you're looking for.
