Sorry no one has answered you yet. I do not live in MA., but I can suggest looking up the MA. Laws (if no one gets back to you here) here on USCarry in the MA. section in Resources. It will give you some "basic" written laws. Also try, I think it's called "handgunlaws" .com which will give you answers you're looking for.
Been kind of slow lately here in the State forum section for awhile. Good luck.

I have no clue bro sorry. I would do some searches online here. This is PRMA, where everything is basically illegal.
