If I am not mistaken ( IF ) your husband has had a conviction preventing gun rights,
( own,handle,close proxcimity ) then you also can not have it. I had a charge that I had to get a lawyer to clear for 10 years I could not hunt with a firearm except black powder or use a bow. I am not a lawyer go to local or state police to get true info for your stare and situation
