We figured it was too cold to pull guard duty all night, so we built a guard and armed him. In the morning the 1st Sergeant drove up in his Jeep and no one yelled 'HALT!" We were all snuggled up asleep in our fart-sacks, and then the ass-chewings started BAD, the last snow man guard we ever used in Bavaria! Seemed like a good idea at the time :-)
