Thank you for your service as well. I have noticed a lot of experienced people on this site. Glad you made it to retirement, I look forward to it someday, the economy being what it is, not too sure when that will be.

I usually carry one of the Bersa 380's when I am just driving around doing errands. When I am going places it isn't too nice to go to I tend to carry the .40 or one of the .45's.

Keep safe and thanks for all that you have done.

Hi Frank. Good to hear from you. Seeing your picture brings back a lot of memories.I retired from the Army as a SFC in 1980 with 26 yrs. I also had 2 yrs in the Navy Reserve and 31/2 years in the Marines. I am fullly retired now and love it. I fish, shoot, wood working and travel to see my children in Gulf Shores and Sharpsburg, Md. I have 11 long guns and 6 hand guns.
I did carry a Ruger 9mm, but it is a little bulky, especially in summer. I just purchased a Ruger LCP 380 and I really like it. You can carry it just about anywhere and it does not show. For such a small gun, it shoots really well.
    I noticed that you have a mdl: 99 Savage 300. I have one and also a 30-30
    99. Guess I will close this long message. Appreciate what you all are doing and keep safe.
