I have recently applied for a CWP in the State of Oregon. I am aware that the CWP is only valid in Oregon and a very few other states but I may apply for a UTAH CWP if I need to carry in another state. I purchased a Kel Tech P11 and have not yet had the opportunity to fire it. I would like to find a good place to fire here in Salem (Oregon).
