I have a guy offering me a federal concealed permit, Good in all states... i have never heard of such a permit. can i get some feed back on this fed. permit.. dose it really work that way . i live in utah and want to carry in nevada, So i'm hopeful this is the real thing..being that nev. won't let us Utah people carry in their state.. "IS THERE A FERERAL CONCEALED PERMIT ????"
