Lapsed Renewal Question

Good Afternoon All,

While I was moving my registration lapsed and I completely missed that fact. Does anyone know if I can still apply as a renewal, or would I have to apply as though I had never had the permit? I understand the training does not expire, so it shouldn't be a big deal.

I believe it is just a renewal because the AG office asked for a photo copy of my expired license..

Just a lapsed, my friend let his slide by over a year and they let him renew.....
