Scheduling fingure prints in Kalamazoo county

I was wondering if any Kalamazoo county residents could shed some light on the Sherrif only having a recording for jail visitation on the number they direct you to call to schedule your finger prints for CPL. This is the number that the automated switchboard directs you too as well. Very fustrating on getting a real human to answer the phone and getting an appointment scheduled
