Silent Service is silent because even now, 40+ years later our patrols are not declassed. Anyone else out there that did some of the close and personal photography? We had a gun club on the Grant and the Queenfish to shoot up a lot of the excess 30 Caliber Carbine ammo. We each had a carbine to burn ammo during offtime in Hawaii. Any of you with me on those shoots in the mountains of Oahu for those little pigs?
