Any thoughts on the Obama administration's having the VA bring this booklet brought back??

I guess this is a trial balloon for the new Bama Care Plan.

My guess is that it is an easy way to reduce the health care costs for vets by just convincing them to kill themselves

Wouldn't a copy of "Final Exit" do the trick a little bit better?
