The Kansas law says that carrying in schools, churches etc. is prohibited as long as its posted according to the law. Even if it is posted properly and you are caught carrying there (which you shouldn't be because its concealed) its a $50 fine. Missouri law is just as "crazy" really stating that if you are caught carrying into a prohibited place, it is not a criminal violation but you may be asked to leave. If you don't leave and police are summoned, it is still not a criminal violation but a $100 fine. Bottom line is concealed carry holders aren't the ones to worry about. Its been said time and time again but criminals aren't going to follow the posted signs.
