Default Good idea/bad idea/Just not needed?

As you may or may not know if you read my post in Calpo post on the Moss 590. I am going to be putting on a Surefire Flashlight grip on the 590 i will be picking up. Now i am also thinking about putting a night sight on the front post. Would this be a help? Or is it just not needed as with the flash light i should be able to use the sights fine?

There are times that tactically the light does not make sense. But you always need to see the front sight.
If the light dies you need to see where you are pointing. If the light is not wanted due to the surprise factor...you need to be able to see the front sight. If you are using night vision goggles...you need to be able to find the front sight during goggle transition and after.

LOL NVG, I had some but sold them. it was more of a hand scope, it put it behind my red dot on my paintball gun and made my scope a NVG one. LOL worked and was cheaper then buying a PVS14 for 3k. Any way yeah the light has a pressure on and off pad as well as a stay on button.

I think that the light will come in handy, particularly if, during a home invasion, you know where the BG is. Not only will the sound of a round being chambered make him think twice about staying there, but the light, if bright enough, will blind him.

Go ahead and get it...you can always remove the light and it's better to have the mount and not need it.

It also makes for a really cool looking flashlight.

Well this is made by surefire it takes the place of the stock pump grip. It has the flashlight holder on the grip with a pressure pad/rocker switch it looks so sick. The one i am getting is about 230 the LED one is 390. So i am going with that one as i am always upgrade the light on my own with a LED one.

A little late, but better than never. I would do both, as a back up to one another. The flashlight batteries my die, the bulb could go out on you when you need it, or it could just break. You never know.
