It seems I'll have to get a Nevada non-resident if I ever want to carry there. Unfortunately, they have no mail-in procedure.
Glad to see more states added to the list. I note, tho, that if I go to the reciprocity maps and click on Arizona I see a list of states that honor Az permits. Nearly every state is on that list, including Nevada. When I click on Nevada, the info indicates Az permits are not honored. It behooves one to check carefully.

How about fixing the 'shall issue' listing for RI since it isn't?
Because it is technically a shall issue state. The state page lists this:
Concealed Permit:
Shall Issue to Residents and Non-Residents.
Rhode Island actually has a Shall-Issue law (for issuance by local law enforcement) and a Capricious-Issue law (for issuance by the attorney general). The attorney general has succeeded, at least temporarily, in stifling the local Shall-Issue system, but a decision of the Rhode Island Supreme Court suggests that this state of affairs is untenable. All that is necessary to implement Shall-Issue in Rhode Island is a new Attorney General with a different attitude. (My Albany Law Review article, available at Dave Kopel Home Page, provides more details about Rhode Island and Wisconsin.)
